Shipping cost will apply on all products except where noted.

Terms

1. Payment in Full before Parts Ship.
2. Payment in advance except where otherwise arranged.
3. All parts offered on an exchange basis.
4. FOB - Laser Services Unlimited facilities located in Austin, TX.
5. 25% Re-Stocking Fee on all returned items.
6. Payment in full at time of shipment.
7. Payments accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Electronic Funds Transfer.
8. Where a lower price is offered for an exchange of a non-working part, that part must be received in advance to be eligible for the lower price. Otherwise a credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the part being exchanged.
9. Exchange parts must be complete and not physically broken, burned, or scorched from electrical arcing.
10. All the shipping costs related to the warranty will be paid by buyer.

Warranty

• Full refund if part not working on delivery.
• Replacement / repair warranty with all parts.
• X-ray tube warranty is on a per tube basis.
• Warranty period begins on the date shipped and lasts 90 Days.
• Parts repair performed at Laser Services Unlimited service center.
